Here are a few things to know going in to the course that will set you up for success.
Still considering some of our Add-on Modules?
There is still time. At any time during the course, if you decide you in fact would like to join one, or both, of the supplementary Add-on modules, you can revisit the registration page and sign up for them. We accept registrations up to the day of those modules and many participants discover during the course of the week that they want to continue their training and dive deeper into this material.
PPA Administrative Process Procedure (Add On)
Take your procedure program to the next level. This focused add-on dives into the unique challenges of administrative procedure development, from building a clear program hierarchy to mastering the language and structure that drive compliance and consistency. Participants learn how human factors apply to administrative instructions and how the right wording choices directly impact safety, efficiency, and regulatory performance. Ideal for anyone who oversees, writes, reviews, or implements administrative procedures.
PPA Planner Certification (Add On)
This practical add-on addresses the most common planning pitfalls like insufficient detail, missing support tasks, inconsistent instructions and shows how applying human factors principles leads to safer, more efficient infield execution. Grounded in real INPO findings, it gives planners a clear framework for producing work instructions that hold up under scrutiny.
Participants who complete this module are eligible for the PPA Work Planner Certification Exam.
