What you'll do:

  • Develop, review, and human-factor procedures to PPA standards

  • Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy and usability

  • Reference technical documentation, vendor manuals, and system drawings

  • Incorporate human performance tools and error-prevention strategies

  • Participate in peer reviews and client V&V activities

What we're looking for:

  • PPA Certified — or actively working toward certification

  • 3+ years writing maintenance procedures in nuclear, oil & gas, DOE, or utilities

  • Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, and safety protocols

  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

  • Comfortable working on-site when projects require it

Nice to have:

Background in plant maintenance operations. Experience writing in INPO, NRC, or OSHA-regulated environments. Familiarity with procedure authoring tools beyond Microsoft Word.
