Privacy Policy
Version 2.0 | Effective September 23, 2026
Procedure Solutions Management, LLC (“PSM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our websites, register for or take a course, use the Procedure Solutions Online Academy, participate in an instructor-led session, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with us online or in connection with our services.
This Policy applies to PSM’s websites, including proceduresolutionsmgmt.com and Academy-related webpages, and to the information PSM handles in connection with our courses and services. It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that have their own privacy notices.
Information we collect
The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with PSM and the services you use.
Information you provide directly
We may collect:
- Contact and professional information, such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, job title, employer, industry, and information you provide in forms, registrations, surveys, requests, or communications.
- Account and enrollment information, such as your Academy username, course selections, enrollment date, access status, course schedule, discount code, and account-support information.
- Transaction information, such as the course purchased, amount paid, payment status, billing information, and transaction identifiers. Where payment-card information is processed by a third-party payment processor, that processor’s privacy notice and terms also apply.
- Learning and certification-related information, such as attendance, course progress, completion status, assessment activity, assignment submissions, examination-related status, certificate information, remediation activity, and communications about the course or certification process.
- Live-session information, such as your display name, image, voice, chat messages, screen-sharing content, attendance, participation, and other information captured in an instructor-led session. A session may be recorded as described in the applicable course Terms & Conditions and the recording notice provided before recording begins.
- Communications and support information, such as the contents of emails, form submissions, requests, feedback, and messages you send to us.
Please do not provide sensitive personal information, another person’s confidential information, or information you are not authorized to share unless PSM specifically requests it and you have the right to provide it.
Information collected automatically
When you use our websites or Academy-related online services, we may automatically collect internet, device, and usage information, including IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, features used, links clicked, referring page, dates and times of access, and similar information. We may collect this information through cookies, pixels, log files, analytics tools, and similar technologies.
Information from other sources
We may receive personal information from:
- Your employer, sponsor, or another person who registers you for a course;
- Payment, registration, course-platform, communications, and other service providers that support the services you use;
- Publicly available sources and business-to-business marketing sources;
- LinkedIn lead-generation and advertising tools when you voluntarily submit information or otherwise interact with PSM’s advertising features; and
- Other sources where permitted by applicable law.
How we use personal information
We may use personal information to:
- Provide, administer, and support courses, Academy accounts, registrations, payments, instructor-led sessions, assessments, certificates, and related customer service;
- Verify enrollment, administer course eligibility, track attendance and completion, provide make-up resources, and support certification-related workflows;
- Communicate with you about your registration, account, course schedule, service updates, support requests, and other transactional or administrative matters;
- Send marketing communications, newsletters, event information, and other promotional messages consistent with your choices and applicable law;
- Operate, maintain, secure, analyze, troubleshoot, improve, and personalize our websites, courses, communications, and services;
- Measure website, advertising, email, and campaign performance;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms; and
- Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, establish or defend legal claims, and enforce our agreements.
We may use email pixels, tracked links, or similar technologies in marketing and service emails to understand whether messages are opened and links are clicked, improve communications, and measure engagement. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not stop transactional or administrative messages related to a purchase, account, course, or other service relationship.

Employers, sponsors, and certification organizations
If an employer, sponsor, or other organization purchases, assigns, or administers a course seat for you, PSM may disclose information reasonably necessary to administer that relationship, such as enrollment, attendance, completion status, and certificate or certification-related status.
For courses associated with the Procedure Professionals Association (“PPA”) or another certification organization, PSM may disclose information reasonably necessary to administer authorized training, examination eligibility, certification, and related support.

We may disclose personal information:

Recordings and participant content
Instructor-led sessions may be recorded to administer courses, provide individual make-up access, maintain course records, train instructors, and improve course quality. Recordings may include audio, video, names, chat messages, shared screens, attendance, and course interactions. PSM restricts access to recordings to personnel, instructors, enrolled participants, and service providers who need access for these purposes.
PSM will not use an identifiable participant’s image, voice, name, or statements from a live course in external advertising, promotion, or marketing without a separate written release, except where permitted by law. The applicable course Terms & Conditions and live-session notice govern participation and operational recording consent.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising choices
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our websites, remember preferences, understand website activity, secure services, measure advertising and email performance, and improve our content and services.
Some cookies are necessary for website functionality. Other cookies, including analytics and advertising cookies, may be subject to your choices through our cookie banner, cookie-settings tool, browser settings, or applicable opt-out mechanisms. Disabling some cookies may affect certain website features.
We use HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Ads, and similar technologies as described above. These technologies may collect online identifiers and website-usage information and may help us measure advertising effectiveness or deliver more relevant business-to-business advertising.
PSM does not sell personal information for money. However, depending on the technology used, the jurisdiction, and the applicable legal definition, the disclosure of online identifiers or usage information to advertising or analytics providers may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising. Where applicable, you may opt out by using our cookie-settings tool, submitting a request through our Data Privacy Request Form, or contacting us as described below. We honor browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law.
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the services, maintain appropriate business and course records, meet legal, tax, accounting, audit, and certification-related obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our rights and systems.
The retention period depends on the category of information and the reason we collected it. For example, we may retain transaction and registration records for legal, tax, and accounting purposes; Academy records during the access period and for a reasonable period afterward; and recordings for the course-delivery, make-up, quality, and recordkeeping period stated in our internal retention schedule. We may retain deidentified or aggregated information for longer periods where permitted by law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International data transfers
PSM is based in the United States. We and our service providers may process, store, or access personal information in the United States and other countries that may have privacy laws different from those where you live. Where applicable, PSM will use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Request access to or a portable copy of certain personal information;
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Request deletion of certain personal information;
- Opt out of certain processing, including sale, sharing, or targeted advertising;
