More About Us

Most of the conversations on the Americas LNG floor were about equipment. We came with a different question: you’re covering the equipment, so who will cover the people?

Procedure Solutions Management helps the world’s highest-risk industries protect their people through leadership grounded in Duty of Care, human-factored procedures, and expert training. Since 2008, our founder, Steve McCord, and our team have helped operators across nuclear, oil and gas, and LNG build procedure programs their workers can trust. Our Founder and Chairman, Steve McCord, took the stage with his presentation titled, “The Illusion of Competence: Why AI-Generated Procedures Pass the Visual Test but Fail the Human Performance Test,”. It came down to one message: AI can draft a procedure that looks finished, but it cannot validate one, and accountability for a procedure always stays with the person who signs it.
